My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and comfortable, though the WiFi didn't work during our visit, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was very warm and helpful, especially Elena who assisted us during our check-in. The location was decent but required some walking to reach the central area. The dining experience was good, but there were some delays due to the busy atmosphere. The facilities were satisfactory, providing everything we needed.
